Refund policy

At AWRO Store, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent policies. Please read the following return and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

• Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving the item.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging.

• The original box, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.

Opened Box & Defective Items

• If the product box has been opened, returns are only accepted if the item has a technical issue or manufacturing defect.

• In such cases:

  • The customer is responsible for delivery and return shipping costs.

  • The item will be inspected by our technical team before approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence

• Items without original packaging or missing accessories

• Software, licenses, or digital products (once activated)

• Clearance or special-discount items (unless defective)

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed after inspection.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

• Processing time may take 3–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for defective items only, subject to stock availability.

• If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Delivery Costs

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

• For defective items with opened packaging, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Important Notes

• AWRO Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

• All return requests must be approved before sending the product back.

• Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
