Return Eligibility

Opened Box & Defective Items

If the product box has been opened, returns are only accepted if the item has a technical issue or manufacturing defect.

In such cases:

The customer is responsible for delivery and return shipping costs.

The item will be inspected by our technical team before approval.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence

Items without original packaging or missing accessories

Software, licenses, or digital products (once activated)

Clearance or special-discount items (unless defective)
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Processing time may take 3–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for defective items only, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Delivery Costs

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

For defective items with opened packaging, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
